By the way, when I make schnitzel, there’s always such a mess with egg dripping or bread crumbs all over the place, so I always line my workspace with big sheets of newspaper. When you’re done, you just fold up the newspaper with the mess and throw it away. Oh, I forgot — you don’t get a newspaper — but you can always get the local throwaway!
